Events, businesses and attractions drive downtown traffic. A mobile-friendly interactive map helps visitors find them all online quickly. An updated event calendar lets visitors search by name, date or category. Local businesses and event sponsors can even submit events to the calendar to get the word out. And, when they do, the built-in approval process streamlines the effort required for the DTSF crew to publish them. Meanwhile, the revamped member directory helps site visitors find businesses by name or service, and a custom integration with the new Member Portal via Neon API helps keep the data clean.
DTSF needed more than just a website though. A new brand required new email templates too. We rolled out a refreshed, responsive email template to match the look and feel of the website and highlight the downtown community we know and love.
A move, a new website and a partnership rekindled — we’re thrilled with how it all turned out. We’re excited for their success and look forward to continuing to work with the team on future improvements. Thanks to our new location, it will be as simple as a walk down the street.
